Design and Construction of elements of Downer’s head office.
Gapcomm Interiors Pty Ltd have completed several fitouts for Downer Group over recent years, including this office refurbishment.
We were awarded this project based on competitive pricing and our successful relationship with this client over previous works.
Gapcomm Interiors P/L worked closely with Downer’s Property Management team to create an initial Design Brief and an associated budget. During the construction phase, our experienced project management and design team worked closely with the client to ensure that this project was delivered on time, within budget and most importantly, to the clients highest expectations.
This scope of this project was to refurbish the existing entire office space to cater for the specific needs of the client.
This project was managed from inception through to Occupation Certification / Close out and on through to follow up and service.
